Have you ever wondered what your Spirit Guides would say if they were sitting across from you right now? Take a deep breath. Close your eyes. Immerse yourself in this little love letter for your Soul...
Spirit asks us, “Are you living or just existing?” They repeat, “Are you living or merely existing?”
It is time to turn your autopilot off. Turn off your gadgets, your technology, your screens. Put down your distractions and the disturbances. Set strong boundaries around the activities that numb you and dim your light.
Go! Go out. Out into the world. And start living.
We should live as if every moment is a miracle, a blessing. Because it is.
We should strive to be happy in as many moments as possible.
Ask yourself, “What do I need to do today to really start living? What sets my Soul on Fire? What lights me up from the inside? What makes me come alive?”
Take note. And, then stop everything and go do more of that.
Allow that spark within you to be your guiding light; the compass by which all decisions are made.
You have slept through so much of your life. You have gone through the motions. You have pleased everyone but yourself. You have met all the expectations and checked all the boxes.
But now, now is your time. It’s your time to break free.
Wake up. Wake up! Truly, wake yourself up and come alive. Do not waste another second of your life. The wakeup call is here and it’s asking you to be alive and awake in every single moment.
So, I ask you, once again, “Are you truly living or simply existing?”
