Spirit asks us, “Are you living or just existing?” They repeat, “Are you living or merely existing?”

Put your mind’s voice aside for just a few moments. Allow yourself to enter the stillness that is inside of you and simply listen.

Can you feel, in this moment, how loved you truly are? How supported you are? Can you feel the arms of God holding you tightly?

Our Universe has existed for nearly 14 billion years. And, throughout the entire history, there has never existed anyone quite like you.

Just by existing, you show others that hope is not lost. Your messages of hope and love and kindness are needed now more than ever.

You are a walking miracle. A prayer that has been composed over lifetimes and generations of your Ancestors prayers.
